Default Breadwinners
Who is the breadwinner in your home or is it a combined family income? I tend to hear that word more than I actually see it, people say it but most times there is one person of the two who is the true breadwinner (bring in the bacon).

I'm the breadwinner in my family. My family is blessed to have my wife as a stay-at-home-mom. She's there whenever the kids need her.

When my partner lost his job for about a month I was the bread-winner and I loved it! I loved coming home and dinner was cooking and the house was clean. When we both work the house is always a mess by the end of the week. If we have kids then I nominate him as a stay-at-home dad, not beacuse I don't want to, but because he is amazing!

I'm currently the bread winner. The wife would like to go back to school so she can learn to start her own business.

My husband was the breadwinner when I met him as I was a single mum with two kids, having left my first husband but I gradually became the main breadwinner over the years and I was very pleased to repay him in this way.

I'm the breadwinner in the family. My wife is a stay-at-home-mom and teaches piano lessons to bring a some money but I'm the main person.

The other half but I am okay with that as the money I make right now does all the goodies buying and I get super points for that. "Hey want to go find some deals and blow some money" and poof I am then treated like royalty.

My husband is our main income source. I work from home, but I don't make nearly as much as he does. It doesn't bother me though because my income is pretty much only for things I buy him for special occasions and holidays.

My husband brings in the most money in our household. I work a part time job only because I am responsible for the house and the kids. I am going to be going back to school in the fall for medical billing though.
