Default Bus Issues

Out of the blue this past weekend I received a bus conduct report about my son. In the report the bus driver stated that he has had issues with my son's behavior since the beginning of the school year. I get my kids on the bus twice a day. At no time has he ever indicated there was an issue...he just smiles and waves. Of course I'm mad at my son for not following the rules and we've sat down and re-read the rules for riding the bus. He lost TV time and his favorite train for 1 week. I find I'm also upset that the driver didn't approach me as soon as the trouble started so I could address it immediately. Am I wrong to think it should have been addressed earlier?

I would have thought if there was a problem with your son's behavior it would have been addressed immediately. I know if we have a problem with bus behavior the bus driver always waves us over so she can tell us what happened.

What rules were broken? I have heard some drivers have been reporting issues and a few ended up being untrue. Is your kid the only one who has been in trouble?
