Does anyone use the old charcoal grills, or has everyone gone to the gas grills? We have both and we use the charcoal grill every now and then. The gas grill is so much more convenient.

I have a char broil smoker, an electronic smoker, a green egg and there is an electric grill built into the bar on the patio. This weekend I used the green egg and char broil. I'm really loving the green egg. I would like to switch out the built in grill for a gas one, but cannot afford it right now. I would also love a pellet smoker.

I use a charcoal grill every now and then instead of the gas grill. I like using it. It brings back memories of days gone by when life wasn't necessarily easier, but it was more laid back and simpler.

We have a charcoal grill and a smoker, but we only use wood. Whenever we grill, my husband chops the wood we'll need and then lights it with a small propane torch.
