Have you put together a chore chart for your kids? Every time I try to put together a chart it unravels. Any advice for chores that includes some type of reward and punishment system?

I have put a chore chart together. Sadly, my results are much like yours. I once kept in place for 2 months. That was the longest stretch that it was ever a success.
