I know we are going to tick everybody in my family off with this one, but we have decided to spend Christmas day together as a family at home. My husband and I have been saying we were going to do this since before we had kids, and now we have two!
Well you just do what you want to do if that makes you happy. Maybe you can get together with the rest of the family on Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas?
We usually have our dinner on Christmas Eve and then the other families have their's on Christmas Day. Then after we finish with dinner at their house we go visiting and see the rest of the family. It is much easier to do it this way.
