Have you seen the prices of some of the prom dresses? Some are really gorgeous though!

My daughter is entering a pageant and needs to wear a ball gown.

Anyone know of any not-so-expensive stores?

Have you tried Sears or JC Penney? Or maybe some of the smaller women's stores at the mall? Sometimes they put out formal wear this time of year. I remember my prom dress cost nearly $400...and that was back in the early 90s. I don't know what my parents were thinking letting me get that gown, lol.
