Default Bathing your dog

Do you bathe your dog yourself, or take him to the groomer? How often does your dog get a bath?

I usually take my dog to the groomer for a bath.
If you bathe your dog yourself, what kind of wash do you use?

I don't take my dog to a groomer because I'm afraid she would bite them. She has gone after people in the past and I'm just not that willing to take that chance again. She usually gets a bath every six weeks and I use a dog shampoo that has green tea extract in it as well as a conditioner and flea control.

I used to take mine to the groomer, but recently the wife started to cut him. She is improving, but he still looks funny to me.

No because he is too big (part shep and part lab), we have to bath him outside and it most times requires everyone getting wet along with my spouse holding him down as for some reason he hates water.

We bathe our dog ourselves. He is a Siberian Husky and has sensitive skin so usually I use a moisturizing shampoo. His coat is usually pretty short so there is no clipping to do the most I have to worry about is when he sheds his coat and then it's just a lot of brushing.
