Default Fluid sacks?

My dog has a fluid filled sack on her side, I'm not sure what it is. It seems to move around when she walks. I can touch it and she doesn't bite me (thankfully). I called the Vet and they said it could just be fluid and they can drain it. I'm wondering if it's something worse?

I have never even heard of this before, is it some type of issue that comes along with a dog cold? I wonder if cats get them too, I have really never heard of it before though, news to me.

My dog has one of these on the side of his leg. I compare them to the 'fatty tumors' that humas get (I've got one). They aren't really anything to worry about unless you end up with them all over your body.
