I am having a huge opossum problem at my house. There is nothing for them to eat since my garbage is in a dumpster that they can't get into (thank goodness). I still have them everywhere! They scare the daylights out of me if I have to go out at night. One is usually on my porch although I have no idea what it would be attracted to. How do I get them to leave? Do I have to kill the ugly things?
They are one of the worst things to get rid of sadly. You are basically down to two choices. One is to trap and relocate them, the other is kill them. The sprays they put out do not work well, same thing for predator urine.
