I have a male cat who drives us crazy. There are female stray cats who know he is in here and dance around outside the windows. He meows half the night and keeps us up. I need to get him fixed. What is a cheap way to get a cat fixed that is safe?

Sometimes SISCA runs a program where you can take your cat to get it fixed. They offer very low prices and they are known for their care for pets. I am sure it would be a safe way to do it.

There are free spay/neuter clinics. I'd check with your local shelter, or rescue group and see if they can help you out. It is really important to get your cat fixed.
