Default I want a pug!

I want to get a little pug so bad. They are adorable and I have not had a dog in so long. Is there anything I should know about pugs before I end up getting one? Is there any type of special care that they need?

I have yet to meet a nice one but it could be random people I know who are not really into having a pet other than saying they do. I think with proper training all dogs are good, even the ones normally labeled as "bad".

Are pugs considered a mean breed of dog? I've never heard that before. They are so little I can't imagine them being meaner than other small dogs. Very weird.

I have never seen a mean pug before. All the ones I have met have been very friendly, and want to sit in your lap!

I have never heard of pugs being mean or bad at all. I thought they were considered to be pretty sweet dogs. I do agree though, training is absolutely important with all dogs.

I heard that you have to pay attention to folds and clean them every once in a while with a Q-tip. You also have to clean their eyes for them if they get a lot of eye boogers or they could get an infection. They are very cute dogs though.
