There was a local no kill animal rescue center that was closed down because it was not caring for the animals. It was basically a person running it out of his home, which violated a lot of laws. Now the Shelters are over capacity and there are many animals who will lose their lives. I wish I could adopt, but I just can't take care of another pet right now.
