I'm pretty sure our outdoor kitten has worms. Has anyone ever bought any worm medicine at WalMart? We can't get her in to the Vets until Thursday. She goes in for shots and hopefully worm medicine. I don't want to make her wait that long though!
I would be scared to use something without getting the kitten checked out first. You don't know what type of worms that kitten has. I believe there are 3 different types of them.
You could always check your kittens stool sample and call the Vet with what you see. If you describe the worm they should be able to tell you which kind it is. More than likely they will tell you to come in and pick up medicine too.
Don't treat it without knowing for sure. If you have a kitten you could really hurt the poor thing. You will want to be sure you give her the correct medicine and the correct dose.
