My cats will not leave my tree skirt alone. I put the skirt around the tree bottom and they immediately run and move it away. One of the cats actually tries to get under the skirt (like a blanket). It’s cute but they keep knocking the tree and then the needles fall off!
Now that is just too darn funny! My cat lays under the tree but does not try to mess with the skirt. I think she thinks it's her bed! A nice place to lay down!
We have a kitten that likes to get in the tree! He will climb up to about the middle, curl up and go to sleep. He has managed to knock some of the ornaments off. I hope it makes it through Christmas.
Right now our cat is having an issue with any plastic in the house, she loves the bags from the grocery store. Today I caught her trying to get the trash bag from the can in the kitchen.
