Default Smelly box

I would love to use something like a Glade Plugin near my kitty box (sometimes she gets stinky), but we have no outlet for it. Does anyone have suggestions other than baking soda (which is not working) that might help?

I use a name brand clumping litter and scoop at least once a day. It has baking soda in it and works really well. I have three indoor/outdoor cats who will not use the restroom out of doors. Unless I let it go without completely changing it out for a loooooong time, I don't have any trouble.

I have to scoop everyday as well, sometimes twice. I don't have an outlet near mine either and if it gets stinky I scoop it then spray some deodorizer around. I have mine in the laundry room so it's out of the way.

I'm scooping the box daily plus when I change the litter box (every 3 days) I put some litter box deodorizer in it. It seems to work well. Our litter boxes are in the basement, so I don't notice the smell as much!

I also don't have a problem with my cat's litter box because I have placed it on the backyard and not inside my home. I place some deodorizer once in a while when the box becomes really stinky.

Clumping litter is pretty good at absorbing smells, but if you're cat is lazy (like mine) then it won't make a difference because it doesn't bury it. Try someting from Oust/Glen 20 that doesn't smell pretty but absorbs odors.
