Do you have to do this sometimes in order for your dog to not understand what you're talking about? There are just certain words that he picks up on and will get all excited so we have to spell them out. Like 'walk' because he loves to go for walks. 'Outside' and a few others. I sure hope he never learns to spell!
We don't have a dog but I do have to spell in front of the kids every once in awhile. That is too cute that he knows certain words. Pretty soon he might learn to spell them though and then what are you going to do?
Too funny! No we don't spell in front of our dog or any pets. They do know the words though. Its funny to watch them get all excited when you say certain words.
