Well, these might not be the kind of pet that everyone would want, but have you seen nests of turtles hatching before? We saw a mother dig a nest this year and they just started hatching last night! It's so exciting to see new life! Even if it is snapping turtles...
Eek! Did you know the mom was a snapper? I know that some people pay good money for alligator snapping turtles, but I don't think they sell them from the wild.
