Default Water

My neighbors behind us have two big dogs but one is a puppy and constantly knocking over the water buckets. We have been brainstorming with them over the weekend on what they could do so they have water all day since the puppy keeps knocking them over and they are gone all day. Any suggestions?

How about digging a hole in the ground and putting in the buckets so they can't be tipped. They could also get heavier bowls so the puppy can't tip them.

That sound like a good idea about digging the hole. They might try getting a bigger bucket and putting some heavy rocks on the bottom of it to give it some weight. You could use the hole idea with this but not have to dig as deep. That might work.
