Default Adaptive Storage

I saw a unit on HGTV that fit inside a standard cabinet, but could be pulled down to eye level when in use. It was installed for a lady who was wheelchair bound and allowed her to reach spices and other items in her upper cabinets.

Has anyone seen these units anywhere?

I haven't seen them, no... but it certainly sounds like the type of thing that would be good for many people! So it was pulled down vertically with the jars and stuff standing upright?
