Default Decluttering cupboards

How often do you do this? Isn't it amazing what kind of junk gets hidden at the back of a cupboard? I planned a house move a couple of years back and emptied all my cupboards, throwing out 10 years worth of accumulated stuff that I never used. The move didn't happen and my cupboards have stayed relatively junk free so far!

Every time I go shopping to replace things, I just pitched out some stuff that made its way to the back of the cubbie (hate that). Right now it looks organized but it took a good 20 minutes of my time since we are limited to only two cubbies for "pantry stuff".

I only declutter about once every 2 months. Boy that stuff accumulates. I`m in the process of decluttering now. I watch that show Hoarders and it gives me incentive. Of course my house isn`t that bad lol. I work on it a little at a time.

Usually I get to a point every so often where stuff is falling out when I open the door. That's my signal that it's time to organize. I end up taking everything out, and once it's all out there I can see the stuff that needs to be tossed and then put the rest of it back in an orderly manner.

I buy groceries every month, that is when organizing the cupboard comes. I have to place the older stuff in front so I get to use them first.
