Default External backpu

I am thinking about purchasing one but I am not sure which brand to go with. Right now I actually have so many images (for my photo booking projects) that I am running out of memory on this computer. Helps.

I have several. A few years ago, they were very expensive but now a days you can buy a lot of space with little money. They are basically all good. I have experience with Maxtor, however, the last one I bought is iomega which is very easy to work with at it cost me $70 for 500 gigs.

I have one. I take thousands of photos each year and so I put them on that. Just a word of advice, make sure you also back things up to disc because I lost one last year and lost a bunch of pictures.

Any brand for storage sold out there are good. There are people who said that it is better to have a backup in DVD's rather than external drives. I have a Western Digital and it is running well so far. It had a bad dropped but it is still working.

I do not use an external memory to back up my photo files, but I use Picasa so that I can access them anythime and anywhere I go, as long as there is an internet connection.
