Do you have a spare room or guest room in your house? I have two and both are a complete disaster. One of them is being used by a friend for storage. The other one is piled with all my stuff that I can't find any other place for. I don't have overnight company very often, so that room has turned into the catch-all space.

We don't have any guest rooms and I wish that we did. We are building a bedroom in the basement for my son, so I hope to turn his room in to a guest room.
