For some reason, I always have tons of problems organizing my pots and pans in the cabinets. I was thinking about getting the contraption to hang them from the ceiling, but it seems that it would be too high for me. What other options do I have to organize pots and pans. My cabinet space is very limited.

What a great question. I have the hooks and mine hang from the ceiling (not all of them though). It's hard to store pots and pans. They just don't seem to fit together nicely. The pots and pans cupboard is the one that I clean and organize the most. I don't have any more tips for you though. I hope others chime in.
