Chewing my cuticles. I'm serious, I just can't seem to stop. Especially when I'm stressed. I also tend to eat sweets when I'm stressed out. And coffee-lots of coffee. I am not perfect at all!

Well, I'm addicted to peanut butter but I don't know that it's a bad thing. I get protein from the peanut butter and I don't stay hungry like I do when I eat sweets. I have gone through about six jars of peanut butter in two months. Midnight snacks, breakfast, lunch, anytime I want something I get a peanut butter sandwich plus I always use the high protein bread so I also get protein from that.
