Default Bug bites and relief?

I'm itchy! I got eaten alive when we were watching the fireworks last night. I've tried a lot of things and I'm still itching. What can I use? Any suggestions please!

I would take a Benadryl for the itching. Other than that, rub some aloe vera on the bites to soothe the itching and keep scars from forming.

Take a knov off the garlic and cut it in half, rub the garlic onto the mosquito bites. It should relieve the itching. Other things that work are aloe vera, someone said lime juice or lemon juice will also work. Oh and the radio said the other day that baking soda will work if you mix it with a little water to make paste. They also said it works for sun burns too.

For sun burns I use aloe. I did not know it worked for bug bites too. I should give it a try the next time I get eaten alive! So far the bites are gone. Hopefully I wont' forget the bug spray the next time.

Toothpaste just the plain white kind not the gel works great at soothing bug bites. If that one isn't up your alley hydrocortisone cream usually works too.

You can also use a styptic pencil like guys use to stop razor cut bleeding. They are really cheap and work really well at least for me. I think I got the last one for my husband at Wally World for about a buck or less. They also work well on cuts from shaving your legs.
