I did their free card + free shipping this week. Get an email that shows nothing as my tracking #, call in after seeing their website contact us say it can take 2 days for a reply. The guy on the phone gives me a # and all is good. 10 minutes later someone answers my web inquiry telling me they do not give track numbers for orders.

Anyone had this happen before? Something so simple turned into insanity in the blink of an eye.
