I went into Big Lots (brand new in our town) with my daughter over the weekend. She found some peace sheets that she had to have! Well I wasn’t buying them because it’s too close to Christmas. I took her to a friend’s house and went back 2 hours later and they were gone! Seriously – gone! Note to me – buy when you see it at Big Lots… Lesson learned.

Oh yes! I have been there before to look at a printer, before I could pick it up, someone came by and snagged it. I was getting ready to get it but they picked it up first so it was theirs. I won't hesitate to consider again, I'll put whatever I'm looking at in the cart and then decide.

I learned that lesson a long time ago! If it is something you are seriously thinking of getting and the price is right and you can afford it right then......buy it! You know the old saying....you snooze you loose.

Tis the season when shopping becomes more like a contact sport! I have had this happen with online sales too, its crazy what people do when you try to shop for something so simple and it becomes a huge hassle instead.

I also learned that lesson a good while back. There has been to many times I hesitated in buying something that I thought was a good deal and then went back and it was gone.
