Lightbulb Time for dinner

After a hard day's work, do you still find the time, strength and energy to do a sumptous dinner for the family? I generally don't...

Yea, I usually make a big homemade dinner every night. Sometimes we end up eating much later than I would like to, but that's the price we pay for making things from scratch. A crockpot might be a big help to you if you're working outside the house. Set it up the night before, turn it on in the morning, and dinner's ready when you get home.

I don't cook at all and sure it makes me feel bad but at least it's just my boyfriend and I. If I had children, I would make sure to do it every night no matter what. I think we're doing just fine making our own food. We never eat real meals anyway, we snack all day hehe

I must admit, I don't have the time for that. I mean, who does nowadays?! I am always way too tired to make food for anyone other than myself. I've never been much of a true "dinner" eater anyway. I like to have smaller meals. TV dinners are my specialty lol

I have no idea what is on tonight's menu but I do know that we need to start eating at an earlier time. Lately we have gotten in to a nasty habit of eating late and then without exercise extra parts become a little bigger than I prefer.

If I can I will but I have an issue that most in the house are aware of, I always stay busy. So when I sit down to break out a large meal, of any meal during the day/evening, I expect prompt time in getting to the table when they should.
