My automatic washing machine vibrates terribly when it is spinning on a fast spin. Does anyone have any ideas how I can stop this happening before it ends up moving across the floor and out the back door?
You can stop the spin and redistribute the load. That's what is usually wrong with mine when that happens. I usually have to stop about one out of five loads to make it quite.
It is supposed to have an automatic spin detector that will stop it spinning if the load is uneven and I don't think that this can be the problem as it happens every time on a fast spin but not on a slow spin.
