Default I just joined & already posted a recipe.

"20 lb. turkey. In the microwave? Yep!"
Just posted today 08:03 PM under "In the Kitchen"

I'm looking forward to learning a few things here while sharing some tips that I have come to learn, I can't live without. They just make my life a whole lot simpler.

For instance, did you know that if you use a small spoon to go under the shell of a hard boiled egg, while holding under water it will most times just slip right off? Hmmm... What did I do before I learned that?

Anyway, I'm hoping to make some friends along the way too.

Peace and harmony,
weezee

Greetings and salutations. My wife cooks whole chickens in the microwave. I try not to use it though. I like your egg trick though and will have to try that. I'm looking forward to seeing some more tricks from you.

Default ...

When you use the spoon to peel your HB eggs, make sure you crack the egg shell top and bottom and roll it on the counter to loosen it. Then start peeling with the spoon. It's amazingly easy.
