I love oatmeal, especially in the winter time and I'm really surprised that I do since I pretty much grew up eating it. I just like a little sugar, cinnamon and brown sugar in mine and like the quick one minute Quaker Oats.

My kids eat oatmeal like crazy! And I let them - why not? The strange things is, my four year old likes hers with peanut butter. Yes, peanut butter! I could not think of much else more gross to put in oatmeal, but that's how she likes it. At least it adds good amount of protein!

Oatmeal is great and you can add anything to it. I add maple syrup and butter to mine. Occasionally I will also add some fresh fruit or brown sugar.

I love oatmeal, but my kids do not. I guess they think it is too mushy. I buy the generic or Quaker brand, and usually get the fruit and cream flavor.

We are huge oatmeal eaters, in my house. My favorite is the cinnamon raisin oatmeal made by Quaker. My family likes the fruit and cream oatmeal.
