I'm really looking forward to baking the Christmas cookies this weekend. I am making 12 batches of 5 different kinds of cookies. Do you have your baking done yet?

Now that sounds like a lot of fun and I'm sure the rest of the family will appreciate them. I am going to be baking some banana nut bread and hopefully enough so that I can freeze some for later.

Holy Cow! 12 batches each of 5 different kinds! Are you crazy? I would be so sick of baking! I'm guessing you are giving them away right? I'm with you MissKitty - where do you both live?

That does sound like a lot of baking. I do this some but don't get into it real heavy. I will bake up some cookies and maybe some banana nut bread like Emelia does but that is about the extent of it.
