Default Boneless stuffed chicken tips

Someone gave my husband a boneless stuffed chicken for Christmas and I'm not quite sure how to cook it. Should I roast like I would a regular chicken? Do I add some water or stock to the pan to make a gravy?

You can cook it the same as you would a turkey. No directions on the package? Was it frozen when you received it? I would try to guess the weight of the bird and go online and look up how to cook it.

You certainly want to add water, otherwise it could burn in the roasting pan. I would roast it in the oven - you can even use a roasting bag. I feel that bags keep the moisture in bird, making them taste better.
