| Yum! I make a cube steak dish that my family loves. You take the cube steak, dredge it in flour and fry it in a couple of tablespoons of oil in a large deep skillet, then take a can or two of cream of mushroom soup and, after draining any excess oil, place it in the skillet around and on top of the steaks. Heat it until it's bubbly, turn it down and let heat through. Serve with mashed potatoes and a good salad. You can put some of the mushroom "sauce" on your potatoes as a gravy. It's delicious! |
