| Before, I was so guilty of simply grabbing processed foods because I was busy, tired and had no time to prepare 'real' meals, but I realized that it wasn't a healthy style, so now I make sure to spend time in the kitchen preparing our meals. Processed foods could be so tempting because they're more convenient and in an instant, you have food on your plate, but such convenience doesn't necessarily mean it's good or healthy. |
