Has anyone ever made their own cottage cheese? I would love to make some for my family. They love cottage cheese and it would have to taste better than what you buy at the store.
I've heard it's easy to make and a lot of the local Amish women I've talked to say you can't beat it for fresh taste. I found the rennet tablets you use to curdle the milk at a local store and I think I'm going to give it a go.
