I make it regularly using corned beef, left over mashed potatoes that have been mashed with butter and chopped onion. I fry the onion first until it's just translucent then mix the mash and chopped corned beef into it in the frying pan, mashing everything together with a fork. Plenty of salt, freshly ground black pepper and a splash of Worcester sauce and you're good to go. As it's already all been cooked, just fry it as you like it. I like a nice brown crust on the bottom. |
