Sounds really good! I'll have to try this out. I love meatballs and so does my family. We use our crockpot all of the time and couldn't do without it.

You are welcome for the meatball recipe.

Another big hit at family parties is my BBQ Chicken. I usually use chicken legs because they are easier to pick up and eat. I sprinkle them with salt, pepper and garlic and I throw them on the grill (they probably could be baked or fried if you prefer). Then I dump a bottle (sometimes bottle and 1/2) of BBQ sauce in the crockpot (sometimes I add more honey). I don't cook the chicken all the way. I pull it off right before I believe it to be done--just a bit pink inside. I throw them in the crockpot and mix them around in the BBQ sauce. I keep them on low and let the simmer for a few hours. YUM!

Usually I bring the crockpot to the party and with in the first 45 minutes, all the legs disappear..lol

A great option for a 3-quart or smaller crockpot is chili con queso. There are different recipes for this throughout recipe sites on the internet so you'll be able to find one you like. Once it's all blended, keep it on the warm setting. If you're crockpot doesn't have that setting, go between low and off. Just be sure not to cook it on the high setting as it will scorch the cheese sooner or later.
