| Well I know that you really should eat several small meals a day, especially if you are trying to loose weight. It all depends on how the days starts with us. If up real early and have an early breakfast, we will more then likely be hungry again around lunch time, then that means dinner.  My ideal is a late breakfast then late lunch dinner combo. |
