Freezing food is not always a bad idea. I do it a couple of times actually. There are days when I am literally sleeping in the office, so in the weekends I try to cook as much as posible and freeze some of it for the week. I found that that this works best for stews. Whenever I am making stew dishes, with beef, pork or chicken, freezing it does not really take out the taste. You can always micorwave it and it tastes more or less the same. |
