Do you have a favorite Kitchen tool? A tool that you just don't know how you survived before you had it?

I love my silver bullet blender. I use it for everything. I use it to mix milkshakes and smoothies. I also use it to make ham salad sandwiches. I have even made nacho cheese with homemade salsa in it. Oh, and lets not forget the margaritas.

What do you have to have in your kitchen?
