Default Frog Legs?

I went to dinner the other night and my husband got an appetizer of fried frog legs. Keeping with my vow to try some new things, I tried one. It did NOT taste like chicken. I ate a bite of one but it's not something I care for at all. Not going to do that again!

Frog legs are very popular where I live and I don't like them either. It's just one of those things that some people consider a delicacy, but I call it icky. Good for you for trying something new though

Ummm.. Gross. I guess you are way more daring than I am! No way ~ never! Everything tastes like chicken they say. Good for you for trying them though ~ seriously.

Yeah, you can keep the frog legs, the snake meat, and the alligator. Yuck! I know some people think they are great, but I just don't think it's for me.

When I ate frog legs for the first time, I liked them. When I ate them the second time a couple of weeks later, I did not like them. I don't know why. They were cooked the same. I doubt that I'll ever eat them again.

I remember eating one when I was young. The experience wasn't awful or anything like that, but I've never had a bite of frog legs since then. I just can't. No matter how it's cooked, it's still frog! I understand that some people or culture like it though.

I had frog legs on a trip to New Orleans and I didn't care much about them either way. I guess they were alright but I probably wouldn't order them again - nothing remarkable.

I have had them taste bad, and had them taste good. My beef (no pun intended) is that they are so small. Take you a few dozen to fill up.

LOL Jason, yeah, if you like them they should be MUCH bigger but can you imagine a frog with legs the size of a ButterBall turkey? That would be one scary frog.

Oh my, I don't think I would want to see that frog! I have tried several new (to me) things lately and found I did like them. However, not everything I've tasted has been a big hit with me, like the frog legs.
