When you bake cakes, bread and cookies do you like to use metal pans or glass pans? I have been using glass lately and somehow I think it makes the food taste much better.
I prefer to bake in glass or cast iron. I am trying to stay away from the non stick pans because I am told the chemicals they use in them are dangerous. I can't remember the name of the coating.
I don't use any non stick pots or pans, but I do have both stainless and glass. It just depends on what I'm baking and what I have available in the size I need.
