We just made a turkey breast yesterday and today we plan on having salads with turkey and I am making turkey rice soup tomorrow.
I have never heard about turkey rice soup, is that a new kind of soup. I think I will try it but I know I will be hearing 'no thanks' at the dinner table. Maybe I will make it as a side dish.

We just had some sausage with squash soup and it was amazing! It's healthy too, a tomato based soup with summer squash and zucchini and sausage.

I love warm soups in the winter.

One of the best things that you could do is to try to eat balanced meals. Whenever you are cooking you can try using olive oil, and also basically peel the skin off the meat. Wheever I buy pork or chicken I try to go for the low fat ones. What you can also do is to adopt some healthy snacks. Instead of having a mars bar you could try eating more fruits.
