I just found the most incredible international grocery store. I bought a ton of random things, like dried mushrooms, mochi, and anise stars. I'm wondering if anyone has any Korean or Chinese recipes that are authentic that they'd be willing to share?

I wouldn't have the slightest idea but it sounds wonderful. I love different cuisines and like to experiment. I love rice dishes-especially cajun recipes.
