Default Keurig Customer Service

I have had my Keurig coffeemaker for exactly one year. I got it for Christmas last year. 2 weeks ago it completely died. It won't even turn on. 3 other people I know had the exact same thing happen to them. I called Keurig Customer Service, they had me do a few troubleshooting tests, and they are replacing the entire unit! I'm getting my new coffeemaker in 3-7 business days! I was very disappointed that my $150 Keurig died after 11 1/2 months, but I'm very happy with their customer service!

Ours lasted a few months and kept giving us an error. It would turn on, but gave the error. The wife called, went through some steps, and it would sorta work. We had to send a piece in to them, but they sent us a new one after a talking to from the wife. You can register the new one they send you and get whatever deal they are running for new registered units. Last time it was buy to boxes get two free.

I had a similar issue with an expensive vacuum but never a coffee maker. If ours died in this house the adults would go stir crazy and knowing our luck it would happen on a Monday too.

That is great that the company is standing behind their product! How many people after a year would just throw away the coffeemaker and buy a new one? Good for you that you gave it a try! Jason has a good point to register the new one to take advantage of whatever deals they are offering!

We just got the new one yesterday! I didn't realize how much I missed my Keurig until we were without it for a few weeks! I think they shipped it out to me pretty fast, too!

I think that's great that they sent you a new one (good customer service is rare these days), but I do find it a little disturbing that so many people are having trouble with their units. Hopefully Keurig will address the issue so you don't have to go through this again next year.
