I've got one of the over the prep table hangers for pots and pans. I love it and it saves tons of space, but my pans have gotten very stained from use and they look awful. Should I leave those stains on the bottom of the pan, or should I try to scour them off?

I would try to scour them off - you can see them right? Use a light cleanser and try to scrub them off. You might only need a bit of elbow grease and hot water.
