Default Looking For A Good Meatloaf Recipe

I have made meatloaf for years. The only thing is we are getting tired of my meatloaf. Does anyone have a ketchup based meatloaf recipe they would like to share? It's one of our staples so we eat it a lot.

My family loves my meat loaf. I use the good hamburger, like ground sirloin or ground chuck. The only ingredients I use are eggs and Vigo Italian bread crumbs. One other way I make it is to put wax paper down on the counter and spread your mixed meat out on it, then put mashed potato's on top, roll it up, put it in a baking dish. Ketchup I only put on the top. Sometimes cheese too.

What I do is use 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef, one onion cut in small pieces, tsp of minced garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, 2 eggs, and Italian bread crumbs. I mix all of that together then put it in the oven at 375 until done. The last 15 minutes I put ketchup over the top in a good, thick layer and bake until done.

I'm in the same boat--- I get sick of the same old thing. I love meatloaf! My gram uses tomato soup in hers and it tastes different. I'm not sure what else though. I like to add fresh peppers and onions.
