Making it at home

Do you try to make your restaurant dishes at home? We do sometimes I have made some Olive Garden bread sticks before and they turned out pretty close.

Some of my friends and I had a Chipotle night where we tried to replicate their burritos. It was really fun, actually. I hadn't expected them to come out so close, but they did!

I do try but most times I fail at it, something is always missing that seems like that one thing is what "makes" the dish. Olive Garden dishes seem to be the hardest ones for me too.
