Do you have a lot of food items in the pantry you brought but never used? I have so much stuff in their and I think right I should use that then my bill will be less next week. Off course I can't be bothered standing in front and checking out what I can use!

I have a full pantry but things in there always get used. We have started shopping at Sam's club and buying in bulk the things we use the most. It has cut our grocery bill in half.

We have gotten much better at not buying stuff that we don't use just because we can get a good deal on it, and then stashing it in the pantry. The other thing is we clean out our pantry every couple of months and donate things they to the food pantry that we don't foresee using in the near future or can't remember why we bought it to begin with. So, our pantry is in pretty good shape right now.
